Methods & Terms of Payments:
On line registrations should be made through the Conference Online system and the payment is made by Credit Card only (MASTERCARD and VISA are accepted). The currency used is US Dollar only.

Off line registrations should be made by downloading the Registration FormThe Bank account details are indicated in the registration form. The currency used is PKR only.

Confirmation of participation:
As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter. Participants are kindly requested to present the confirmation letter upon check-in at the Registration Desk, operating onsite the venue during the Conference.

Cancellation policy:
For every written cancellation received:

Until 31 May, 2018: handling fee of 10% of the total amount will be charged
From 1 June - 28 August, 2018: cancellation fee 50% of the total amount will be charged
From 1 September, 2018 until the end of the Conference  100% cancellation fees will be charged

Cancellation of registration should be made in writing to the Organizer. All refunds will be made after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.

Badges and identification
Registration badges will be used during the Conference. Participants will receive their badges upon check-in at the Registrations Desk during Conference hours. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times. Admission to Conference areas will not be allowed without badge identification.

Letter of invitation
Participants requiring an official Invitation Letter for visa purposes can address to the Conference Secretariat, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants to obtain entry visa to Pakistan. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses. Please note that invitation letters are issued only for those participants who have completed the registration process (paid registration fees)
